  1. Use 3 of Pears (peeled, quartered, cored).
  2. You need 500 ml of Cider vinegar.
  3. Use 250 gm of brown caster sugar.

  7. Take 5 of cloves.

  1. Peel, quarter & core.

  3. Pick out pears & place in sterilised jar. Bring liquid to a rapid boil & reduce by half.
  4. Once reduced pour liquid over pears & seal jar….
